Pork in the Park
We went out to pork in the Park this morning around 10:30 a.m. We decided to do this to avoid the massive crowds and long lines for food. It turned out to be a good idea. All the vendors had just opened up, there were no lines, I got a cool hippie bag to carry my stuff in and we got an amazing rack of ribs. The performers were singing on stage, and the rides were going. As we were leaving, the masses were pouring into the park.

Alot of food on this site today-looks like a progressive dinner!
I got the same photos last evening at pork-in-the-park.
Your dinner looks fantastic.
Reading this post and looking at the pictures--All I could think about was how hard the "set-up" for this event must be....All those Cooking Naterials, and the Pork itself...One wonders what time the Vendors have to show up to be ready for the onslaught of the crowds...!
Everything looks DEEE-Licious!
I think I would prefer your bacon flavored 'Ice Cream', going back a bit.
The OZ Pork Advert Slogan.
