I need a break!

The last 6 months have been very stressful with both jobs, working overloads, elderly family issues and a new dog. Tomorrow is my last final, once grades are in, I'm going on a cleaning, packing, and baking frenzy. I plan to get my Christmas cards and gifts out, then hop a plane to Florida, and get on a big ship to cruise the Caribbean for 10 days. It's not my idea of Christmas, but it's a great way to disconnect and relax, and that's exactly what I need. So hopefully the world won't end on the 21st, because that would really suck for the holidays. Have a happy one and stay safe.

That cruise sounds like the perfect thing to do---to really get away from everything! I hope you have a PERFECT time, my dear!
A VERY VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS To You And Yours...And, A Happy New Year, Too!!!!

We LOVE cruising! We typically go in January, my wife (like you) needing a total break from work. We've done both East Caribbean and Western Caribbean in the past, our favorite being a 10-day Eastern three or four years ago. This year it's a seven-day Southern Caribbean, which hits Aruba and Curacao (two new places for us).

Have a FAB time and post pictures!!

...and I really don't think the world is going to end on the 21st. [rotflmao]

Wunelle, first Estonia and now the Caribbean! We're going to te Dominican Republic, Aruba, Bonaire, and Curacao. Maybe our families ought to plan our next vacation together.

Thanks CK. you have a good holiday too. Are you going to see family?

Enjoy yourselves as you celebrate the New Age on the High Seas.
Sounds delightful (especially after the downer of that copied term paper).
