LOL - Yes, it does appear that the Youth vote turned out in droves and (mostly) voted for Left Wing parties and in particular Labour. I think a good part of that was because few younger people voted in the EU Referendum and they learnt the lesson that not voting has consequences! Plus a whole year has gone by since that vote so there's a whole new crop of voters that are already being politically activated by what their peers have just gone through.
Interesting times and a good thing when the young no longer see politics as 'boring' or just something their parents do.
