Okay, so my sister sends me this video and I am stunned by what I see. It has to be a prank, some digital trickery. So I go on-line to check Snopes and see if it's a fake. I couldn't find anything about it being a fake. The most I came up with is this was real. It happened in Chile and a traffic camera or someone on the highway manning the traffic cam caught it and zoomed in on it.
Now when you watch this, it's not out of the realm of possibility that one animal will save another animal. We've seen this many times in various situations. What's really freaked me out is how this is happening. Watch this video closely. A dog gets hit by a car and is lying on the highway with traffic swerving around him trying not to hit him again. Everything normal and predictable so far.
Next, another dog comes along to try and save him. This is where it gets freaky. The second dog doesn't just bite onto the collar of the first dog and try to drag him out of there, no, the second dog uses his paws and legs like arms and hands, getting up under the first dog's front legs and tries to drag him out of the roadway.
To make it even more freaky. The second dog savior, continuously looks left, right and behind to make sure he's not going to get hit by a car while dragging the first dog off the highway. I REALLY want to know what was going through that dog's head to make him so human-like in his mannerisms. Watch the video and tell me what you think.

Just plain weird.. But cool in many ways. You normally dont see this kind of work by an animal. Good job puppy..
What I saw was the second dog dragging the first dog by holding onto his collor...I did not see the 2nd dog picking up the first one as you described---But then....I couldn't see the whole thing very well....Whatever that 2nd dog did, it was AMAZING!
