Happy 75th Birthday Mom

Well we safely made it to Ohio and then back home. We spent the weekend with my mom, my sister D from Massachusetts, and my sister K who also lives in Ohio. My mom seemed like she had a really good time. She got gifts, gourmet cupcakes, a birthday cake, wine, a number of great dinners, a trip to the zoo, and the movies. It was a really full weekend for her.

Here we all are with my mom in the front (obviously), and in the back row from left to right is K, D, M and me. Very informative, I know. ;-)

This was my favorite shot of the whole weekend. Hope your weekend was great too.

A VERY HAPPY THOUGH BELATED BIRTHDAY TO YOUR MOM!!!! It looks like she was having a grand time! That is an important number. And to have all those sweet faces around her---How Truly Lovely!

My B-Day is Sunday and I will be 79!

L, yeah, we're all aging quite a bit, aren't we?

OL, I know! I have it on my calendar and am hoping to do a Happy Birthday post for you on Sunday, my schedule permitting.

Mom called me yesterday at work, she was truly excited, and (HAPPY) she of course had to tell me what everyone did, and how much it cost, etc... Guess she just needs to measure every thing some way. But she was (HAPPY)can not remember the last time spoke with her, and she was (HAPPY). So Thank you everyone who made it there to make her 75th special for her. Diane, you look tired. Everyone looks like they are aging gracefully to me.:) p

P, I don't know about aging gracefully. My Angel Hair is getting really prominent and the only reason I don't have wrinkles is because all the fat puffs them out. *sigh*

I blew up the picture, and did notice "your Angel Hair" but decided not to mention it.:)

I have to admit I am not looking forward to my mother aging anymore than she already is..LOL.. They live 9 hours from us and its hard to get anyone to visit with the price of gas..Plus with her having animals she needs to have some one take care of the dogs at least. Its hard to find someone.. But glad you had a great time and its great to see them smile at that age over small things isnt it??

I'm 100% with you on the fat vs wrinkles! ;D
